5 CBD Infused Meals for Lunch and Dinner

With all the potential benefits you can get from taking CBD, there’s no reason why you should limit your consumption to supplements. You can integrate CBD into your daily diet with the help of these scrumptious recipes we’ve curated for you.

What to Keep in Mind When Using CBD in Food

Since CBD oil is what’s generally used, remember that it’s not like any kind of cooking oil. Using it directly in high heat (e.g. sautéing) can significantly reduce its health benefits. You’ll want to mix it with other oils like olive oil, coconut oil, or avocado oil. You should also avoid cooking with CBD oil above 160°C to prevent the loss of phytonutrients.

CBD oils can have overwhelming aromas and flavours, too. Don’t be afraid to adjust the amount you put into your dishes compared to what these recipes advise. Ultimately, it’s your taste that matters.

Now without further ado, here are five fantastic CBD lunch and dinner recipes for you to try out!
